Mable Birdsong Davis, 85 of Seaboard, NC passed away on Tuesday, April 04, 2017.

A native of Northampton County she was the daughter, of the late Ruby and Eva Conwell Birdsong. She was also preceded in death by her husband William Everette Davis and her grandson, Gregory Neal Davis.

Mable was a member of Severn Baptist Church and was a Loving “Mema” to her grandchildren.

Mable is survived by her three sons Nelson Davis of Seaboard, NC, Charles Davis of Roanoke Rapids, NC Neal Davis and his wife Nancy of Valentines, VA; her daughter-in-law, Juanita Davis of Roanoke Rapids, NC; her grandchildren, Ben Davis of Carboro, NC, Catherine Davis Mullen and her husband, Kenny of Greenville, NC; her brother, Joe Henry Conwell, Jr. and his wife Desi of CoCo Beach, FL; her sister-in-law Helen D. Thompson of Midlothian, VA; her brother-in-law Mitchell Davis and his wife, Kay of Climax, NC and her several Nieces and Nephews.

The family would like give a special thank you to the staff of Northampton Nursing and Rehabilitation for their compassionate care during Mrs. Davis stay.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. at Seaboard Cemetery with Rev. Mark Corbett officiating.

The family will receive friends after the service at the cemetery.
